Situated at the back of our pub & restaurant grounds, with reaching views over the East Sussex countryside, we have 2 short term holiday lets available for rent.
Both of our holiday lets come fully furnished, with either en-suite or family bathroom facilities as standard. Both units have TV's and WiFi and kitchen and lounge areas, perfect for the whole family.
If you're looking for an affordable holiday to historic Rye and the beautiful East Sussex coastline, look no further.
Our holiday lets are just a 2 minute walk to our pub and restaurant, so you can enjoy our selection of beers, wines and soft drinks in our pub or beer garden, or sample some of our fabulous food options.

We are a family friendly and dog friendly site. We will accept dogs in our campsite but they must be kept on a lead.

Loud music is not permitted on our campsite after 9pm. Please respect other site users.

Disposable BBQ's are allowed, but must be raised from the ground to prevent burn and scorch marks.

Arrivals 12pm-7pm (unless previously agreed)

Units must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
